When my kids practice yoga with Topsy Turvy, we are ALL excited. The stories and yoga practices led by Jessica and Diana are creative, inclusive and fun! What I love about Topsy Turvy is that my kids are being exposed to yoga in a way that is fostering a love of yoga and its principals (patience, practice, strength to name a few) in a playful way. Mothers themselves, Jessica and Diana know how to relate interact with their yoginis. I'm so glad that we have access to their program.
