Topsy Turvy Yogi takes a new twist by combining imaginative play and current play based learning philosophy with yoga movements.
With this innovative approach, we serve walking toddlers 18 months up to 18 years
of age in Westchester County, New York.
Kids are busy all the time. Our classes are designed to help children learn how to manage stress, be mindful in their environment, develop focus and concentration, as well as build strength and self-confidence in a safe and
non-competitive environment.
Whether we are acting out a story through yoga poses, practicing them by playing yogic games, or doing calming breathing exercises, each class will introduce yogis to the fun side of the practice!
Children will have opportunities to document their journeys through special relaxation journals that they can take home at the end of their semester or session.

What We Offer
Topsy Turvy Yogi provides private, one-on-one classes for your child, or group classes for your child and a few friends, right in the comfort of your own home. Groups larger than 6 children receive a second, certified instructor at no extra charge.
We custom design each class based upon your child's interests. Whether you have a little princess, pirate, superhero or other kind of adventurer, your child will love bringing that world to life through yoga!
Each class includes a balanced selection of yoga poses, music, movement, breathing exercises and mindful meditation that will keep your little ones entertained and eager to learn.
While we often review yoga poses and breathing exercises in each class for consistency, we guarantee that no two classes will be alike!

Topsy Turvy Yogi adds a truly one-of-a-kind yoga experience to any preschool program for schools, camps and more!
We are available to teach students either as part of their school day or as an after school enrichment program. Each class features its own creative and customizable theme, which incorporates a balance of age appropriate yoga poses, music, storytelling, yoga games, and calming breath work.
We can custom tailor our themes to reinforce specific classroom curricula such as, holiday celebrations, foreign languages and other special interests that are taught in the classroom.
We can also include documentation of your yogi’s journey through private share sites.
These classes receive two certified instructors for the price of one.
We also provide similar services for camps, studios, and other businesses looking to bring our special brand of yoga to their young clientele.
